SANTA MARGHERITA 11
The project, beyond the complete architectural, structural, plant engineering, and energy refunctionalization of the 19th-century historic palace, focused on emphasizing the heart of the planivolumetric layout through a radical transformation of the internal facades which were redesigned in a contemporary style, maintaining existing heights and volumes, with the insertion of continuous
glass surfaces that improved the livability of the interiors. The redevelopment of the heart of the complex and the internal views was completed by adding greenery in the internal courtyard, characterized by the unmistakable secular olive tree, a stylistic signature of Asti Architetti.
