PORRONE 2

The building near Piazza Cordusio originally dates back to 1909, designed by Ulisse Stacchini with an original Art Déco style interpretation. Formerly the seat of the Credito Varesino bank and known recently for the Le Banque venue, this palace was redeveloped by Asti Architetti. It spans over 4,000 square meters with five floors above ground and a basement,
featuring large office windows overlooking an internal courtyard. The renovation by Asti Architetti respects the historical essence while projecting the building towards the future with an exclusive terrace, bright workspaces, and a panoramic rooftop.
