Largo Cairoli 2
First real estate project carried out in Milan by Paolo Asti on a building intended primarily for residential and commercial use that was part of a more general subdivision plan commissioned by Milano Centrale, which later became Pirelli RE.
The redevelopment of the building focused on a distinctive image restyling in order to achieve maximum economic return. Divided into several phases, the restoration work has involved the ordinary maintenance of the external façades, the recovery for residential use of the attics and a general redevelopment of all the common areas.
