Pola 4

This redevelopment and enhancement action for a residential property in Milan at 4, Via Pola, in the Isola district, which is currently undergoing renovation, has re-designed the entire six-storey building for residential use: five floors are aligned above ground and the sixth floor is set back from the street front. The façade has been entirely restyled.

The original grey/blue glazed ceramic cladding on the Via Pola side was replaced by light grey ceramic tiles on the front of the inner courtyard with the base, overlooking the street, featuring a grey stone cladding. The clinker of the base of the existing façade has been replaced by water-laid grès combined with bush-hammered Istria stone slabs used in full on the rest of the surface and they add light, a noble finish and increased durability to the entire façade.
