Asti Architetti will build in Crescenzago a residential complex consisting of two towers, a three-storey building and a garden, with the aim of reconnecting with this intervention a complex section of the city marked by a discontinuous urban fabric.
The Park Towers project, designed by Asti Architetti and developed by the BlueStone Group, involves the demolition of a building for industrial use and the subsequent construction of three different buildings for residential use, including two towers and a three-storey above-ground building along Via Ruggeri, as well as a basement that will house a car park.
The two towers of 24 and 17 floors above ground, both overlooking Parco Lambro, will consist of approximately 109 flats of different sizes and dimensions. In the strip building overlooking Via Privata Ruggeri there will be 18 two-room flats of about 60 square metres, a large entrance hall and common areas, to be used exclusively by the condominium.
The volumetric plan of the “Park Towers” project is crossed in its entirety by a pedestrian axis that cuts across the lot longitudinally and around which the entire project is developed. The crossing axis, which ideally connects the city to the park, is marked by some small equipped squares that open up into the large garden; spaces from which to enjoy some privileged views of the garden that has been conceived “as a natural extension of the Parco Lambro”.
The design solution successfully combines the relationship between the private and public areas, where public means the numerous services for condominium use envisaged, which make this property development a city within a city. These services include, for example, the large garden, which alone covers a surface area of about 6,000 square metres against a land area of about 7,600 square metres.This is complemented by a series of ancillary spaces such as community halls.
The project is focused on the adoption of technologically advanced solutions whose aim is to respect the environment, control management costs as well as the total customization of the spaces.
The two tower buildings, thanks to their large windows, will provide happy enjoyment of the landscape and permeability of light any time of day or year.
