LUINI 11
The general redevelopment of the building on the corner of Via Luini and Via Vigna (with the recovery of an additional floor) was based on a harmonious insertion of the architecture within the context through the re design of the street fronts, as well as a radical improvement in passive Energy requirements which allowed an important volumetric revaluation.
The same attention has been paid to the inner courtyard of the building which has been redesigned as a private green oasis in the heart of the city: a planted garden, with paths and skirting made of Istrian stone.
