BELLOTTI 2

A simple 1960s architecture of poor quality, is the object of general volumetric re design with the creation of a new building on the side of Via Bellotti. The new complex consists of basic volumes: a whitewashed tower pierced by loggias and windows connected to a lower height “L-shaped” structure built in continuity with the adjacent building.
The sculptural restyling of the exteriors has given new rhythm to the façades with the various faceted openings and spray. Further changes continue in the interiors with a functional distribution and redesign of the private spaces and the reorganization of the common areas.
