BROLETTO 44-46
Just a few steps from Brera, Asti Architetti worked on a building constructed between 1957 and 1964 based on a project by Ermenegildo Soncini as the insurance company “La Milano” headquarters in a context devastated by World War II. After almost thirty years, the owner decided to renovate this building, which had already undergone interventions about twenty years ago.
It consists of a main structure with two symmetrical “tower” elements that extend from the second floor to the roof, rising seven floors above ground plus two underground floors. The real estate units have mixed use: some commercial spaces on the ground floor, mezzanine, and part of the underground floors, with offices on all other floors.
