Bossi 2 – Casa Brera
The project involved the redevelopment of a building located in the historic center of the city of Milan, in a block section bordered by Piazzetta Bossi, Via Arrigo Boito, and Via Filodrammatici. The intervention as a whole aimed to preserve the building designed and constructed by the rationalist architect Pietro Lingeri, integrating a luxury hotel into it and reserving almost all the interventions to the rear, in the part of the building complex along Via Boito.
The project proposed the overall repurposing of the real estate complex and the construction of new volumes to expand the 6th and 7th floors and the rooftop for the addition of a panoramic restaurant.
