New residential redevelopment for a former office building with transformation of the original shape, recovery of the attic and redesign of the façades and floor layout for the creation of new apartments distributed around the existing staircase. The restyling of the main access to the building, which has been moved to Via Treves to improve the integration within the context, and reorganization of the common areas, internal garden and basement parking have been carried out in line with the changed use destination.
