A new residential complex built on the site of the abandoned Ata Hotel in Viale Severino Boezio, in front of the new urban center City Life and a step away from the historic “Portello”: a total of eight floors above ground plus two underground parking areas, cellars and technical rooms.
The façades, both chromatically and materially distinct, highlight the game of wings in-between the two floors, also adding the rhythm of solids and voids in the design of windows, loggias, balconies and terraces on the roof, which also change and show effects of light and scado over the day and the seasons.
