Meda 3-5

A general redevelopment of a building of the early twentieth century, eight floors above ground with mixed use destination, designed by architect Pier Giulio Magistretti. Although the property was not subject to any kind of restriction, the whole operation, as part of a design responsive to the context of the twentieth-century Piazza Meda, has minimized the interventions on the façade by acting more consistently in the common and internal areas, to improve the distribution structure of the floor in line with the new needs of usability and flexibility shared with the clients and tenants.
