CUSANI 5

An elegant neoclassical façade, an internal columned courtyard imposing decorated staircases and an ancient garden with century-old trees. It is Palazzo Cagnola, a work dating back to 1824, designed by the famous architect Pietro Pestagalli. A jewel of Milanese style to be jealously preserved and restored to its ancient splendour. This is the intent pursued by Asti Architetti studio through a delicate conservative restoration.

In the exterior the intervention was aimed at removing inappropriate and unaesthetic superfetations which altered the formal aspect of the façades.

Whereas in the interior there has been a restoration of the old valuable finishes already there and a change in the subdivision of private and common areas and related connections.
