BORGOGNA 8

A prestigious building of the first decades of the twentieth century that was designed by architect Giuseppe Martinenghi for residential and tertiary administrative activities, is set in the heart of the old town of Milan. It is an architecture with a strong identity that must be preserved and enhanced. The modernization has primarily affected the external and internal façades with the intent to rebalance the relationship between solids and voids windows, mainly affecting the ground floor. A new retail vocation, the opening of full-height glass windows.  Asti’s work has continued with the renovation of interiors and common areas.
