A global redevelopment of the building from the point of view of Energy and architectural language with the transformation of a façade, now obsolete, through glass technology. To add more character and make the typical curtain wall of the office building more interesting, in an urban context which is already quite disadorned in itself, the monotony of the continuous windows is interrupted by the addition of material elements covering the staircase system and the roof cap.
